用户侧接入的分布式电源系统计量点功率因数治理研究

摘    要:分析了分布式光伏发电并网对用户与电网公司关口计量点的功率因数带来的影响。详细分析了计量点处功率因数严重偏低的原因,结合分布式光伏电站的实际运行工况,阐明了解决该问题的两种可行方案,并重点推荐调节逆变器功率因数的方法。在10 k V及380 V两种接入情况下,按照系统潮流方向为正和负,分别推导出了各自的调节策略,并通过计算论证在该策略下实现计量点处功率因数符合标准规定的可行性,最后得出了相关结论和建议。

Abstract:This essay analyzes the influence brought by the power factor of the metering point between the user and the Grid Company caused by the combination of the distributed power supply,and describes in details about the source of the seriously low power factor of metering point problem.Combined with situation of the distributed power station,it explains two feasible solutions for this issue,and particularly recommends a solution of regulating the power factor of the inverter.In the case of 10 kV and 380 V access schemes,the power flow direction of the system when is positive or negative,leads to respective regulating strategy,and demonstrates that it can ensure the power factor of metering point within the standard regulation under this strategy.In the end,some conclusion and suggestion are provided related to application.
