冶金样品质量定容法分析

摘    要:冶金行业的精细化管理对样品分析精度和实时性提出了更高要求,冶金样品自动分析将成为行业发展必然趋势。传统人工分析流程采用容量瓶定容费时费力,且不利于自动化集成,质量定容法成为冶金样品分析自动化的最优选择。本文分析了冶金样品实验室分析过程中主要不确定度来源,论述了质量法原理和冶金样品分析采用质量定容的可行性,完成质量定容法、体积定容法的不确定度对比计算,通过实验验证质量定容对于冶金样品分析的可行性,为质量定容法应用于冶金分析实验室自动化提供支撑。

Abstract:The refined management of metallurgical industry puts forward higher requirements for the accuracy and real-time of sample analysis. Automatic analysis of metallurgical samples will become an inevitable trend in the development of lab analysis. The traditional manual analysis process is time-consuming and laborious, which is not conducive to automatic integration. The mass sizing method has become the best choice for metallurgical sample automation analysis. This paper analyzes the main sources of uncertainty in the laboratory analysis of metallurgical samples. Discusses the principle of mass sizing method and the feasibility of adopting the method in metallurgical sample analysis. Complete the uncertainty calculation of mass sizing method, constant volume method and injection pump method. Verify the feasibility of mass sizing for metallurgical sample analysis through experiments. Provide support for mass sizing method applied in automation of metallurgical sample automation analysis.
