| 摘 要： | 本文综述了我国自然资源综合调查预算定额定管用的政策策略。主要介绍了资源综合调查项目预算定额相关现状的想法，一是完善法规和经济技术标准，强化立法管理，二是重视宣传教育，提高申报和经费使用的定额意识；三是对于缺项的预算标准，应遵循因地制宜、急用先行的制修订策略。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the policies of formulating standard and the use of the budgeted standard on comprehensive survey of natural resources. This paper introduces and analyses the three thoughts of the existing problems on the quota system construction of natural resources comprehensive survey: firstly, to improve regulations and economic and technical standards; secondly, to establish the systematic evaluation and management mechanism of the demand-oriented achievements; thirdly, to remould the mining industry and environmental protection. |
