液力偶合器在大型锅炉风机上的节能应用研究

摘    要:文章介绍了液力偶合器用于调节大型锅炉风机风量的节能原理,分析比较了应用液力偶合器调节风机风量与传统的节流调节风机风量的节能效果,实际应用得出:采用液力偶合器调节风机风量具有显著的节能效果,并能使系统实现自动控制、无级调速、工作稳定等,值得推广.

Abstract:The paper introduces the principle of fluid coupling for saving energy used in adjusting centrifugal fan wind - flux of the power plant boiler , analyses and compares the application effect of the fluid coupling in centrifugal fan wind - flux with the traditional centrifugal fan wind - flux. The acutal application indicates that this have remarkable saving energy effect when using the fluid coupling in adjusting centrifugal fan wind -flux, and that the system can realizate autocontrol , stepless timing and steadily working.
