离心成型钢纤维混凝土纤维分布规律试验研究

摘    要:通过对离心成型环形截面钢纤维混凝土配筋与无筋试件的切片试验,研究了离心作用下钢纤维体积率、混凝土强度及配置钢筋等因素对混凝土内钢纤维在构件环向和纵向分布形态的影响规律.发现在离心作用下钢纤维趋向于构件外壁分布,并且呈现较好的均匀性;钢纤维沿环向分布多于纵向分布,而且随着粗骨料的减少、水泥浆的增加这种现象更加明显.为离心成型钢纤维混凝土的工程应用提供了科研依据.

Abstract:Based on the slice test of the ring section spun-cast steel fiber reinforced concrete specimen with and without steel bar, the distribution rule of steel fibers in the circumferential and longitudinal direction in spun-cast concrete has been studied, which affected by the steel fiber volume fraction, concrete strength and the steel bar. It has been found that the steel fibers tend to distribute in tie exterior of the specimen and to be a good uniformity, the steel fibers are also tend to be settled in the circumferential direction than that in the longitudinal direction, and the characteristic is more distinct with the decrease of the coarse aggregate and the increase of the grout. It can be used as a basis of the application of spun-cast steel fiber reinforced concrete.
