影响高浓度煤粉输送及燃烧特性关键技术研究

摘    要:与常规系统相比,高浓度煤粉输送燃烧系统在输送、稳燃和环保方面具有显著的优越性。对影响高浓度煤粉输送及燃烧特性的关键技术,即煤粉流化、混合、输送稳定性、煤粉燃尽和炉膛结渣等进行了系统分析,并对存在的问题提出了相应的改进措施。实际应用结果表明,煤粉的输送及燃烧特性得到改善,机组经济性提高。

Abstract:Compared with conventional system, the system for conveying and combustion of high density pulverized coal has obvious advantages is aspects of transportation, combustion stabilization. and environmental protection. The key technologies of high density pulverized coal, such as fluidation and blending of said coal, conveying stability, burnout out of pulverized coal, and slagging in the furnace etc., have been systematically analysed, and corresponding improvement measures for existing problems being put forward. Results of practical application show that the properties of conveying and combustion for pulverized coal have been improved, economic behavior of the unit being enhanced, obtaining obvious effectiveness.
