摘    要:以季戊四溴的产率为指标,利用L9(3^4)正交试验法考察了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂含量对产率的影响。结果表明,最佳制备工艺条件为反应时间为14h,反应温度为140~150℃,催化剂含量为1.5g。其中反应时间对产率有较显著的影响。

Abstract:To optimize the processing technology for pentaerythrityl tetrabromide with yield ratio as a marker,with the method of orthogonal experimental design,the paper investigates the influencing factors such as reaction time,reaction temperature and the content of catalyst.The result shows that the optimum condition of processing technology is reactive for 14 hours,with the temperature of 140~150℃, and the content of catalyst is 1.5g.The reaction time has significant effect on the yield ratio.
