氧气的液相体积总传质系数的研究

摘    要:研究了空气-氧气在水中的解吸过程,先将水吸收纯氧形成富氧水后(并流操作),送入解吸塔顶再用空气进行解吸,解吸塔径Φ=0.1m,解吸塔填料层高0.80m,吸收塔径Φ=0.032m,填料层高度0.45m,填料(金属θ环)。实验需测定不同液量和气量下的解吸总传质系数KXa,并进行关联,得到关联式。

Abstract:Research on the air-oxygen in the water desorption process,first to absorb the water absorption of pure oxygen to form oxygen-rich water (and stream operations),reuse of air into the desorption tower for desorption, desorption tower diameter Φ=0.1m,desorption-storey tower packing 0.80m,tower diameter Φ=0.032m, fill height 0.45m,filler(metal θ ring).Determination of different experiments to be liquid and gas under the overall mass transfer coefficient of desorption Kxa,and relater,obtained the correlation.
