摘    要:阐述了袋式除尘器喷吹清灰的原理、清灰系统的组成,通过理论分析,得到清灰需气量、喷射管的最大流量、喷嘴出口流量等参数,并用具体实例进行计算,得到喷嘴直径和气包最小容量等参数,据此提出了设计清灰系统的一些优化方法.

Abstract:The principle and composition of the soot blowing system of bag filters are outlined.Through theoretical analysis,parameters are obtained,such as the soot blowing gas volume,maximum flowrate of the spray pipe,and flowrate at the discharge of the nozzle.Calculation is done using specific examples to obtain parameters such as the nozzle diameter and minimum capacity of the gas bag,based on which some ways of optimization are proposed for the design of the soot blowing system.
