| 摘 要： | 对城市GPS首级网的WGS-84坐标值和地方坐标值的平面转换关系进行研究，比较了四参数转换模型和多项式拟合法的转换误差，精度和可靠性，并得出一些实用的结论。

| Abstract: | On the research of the conversion relationship of the WGS-84 and the local independent coordinate system of Urban GPS in two-dimensional,compared and analyzed the error,precision and reliability between four parametric conversion model and polynomial fitting method and gave some useful conclusions. |
