气弹簧在骨骼服中的应用研究

摘    要:为了减小上肢运动所需的力矩,在骨骼服的髋关节部位加入了气弹簧。介绍了海军航空工程学院开发的骨骼服,重点研究了气弹簧在该系统的应用。介绍了气弹簧的原理并对系统进行了力学分析,对使用气弹簧和不使用气弹簧两种情况下人的受力情况进行了研究,实验结果显示气弹簧能够使操作者用很小的力操纵骨骼服的运动,气弹簧在骨骼服中的应用是非常巧妙和有效的。

Abstract:Aiming at reducing the torque of the operator's upper body,gas-springs were installed in the hip of exoskeleton.Exoskeleton developed in Naval Aeronautical Engineering Institute was introduced and the implication of gas-spring in this system was deeply studied.The principle of gas-spring and the dynamics of the system were discussed.By comparing the force that people have to endure with and without gas-spring,the experiment result proves that the gas-spring is very artifical and useful.
