新型自动调风阀的研究和设计

摘    要:在气力输送过程中,由于负载的变化或生产管理不当,而使风网风量波动较大,因而造成生产不稳定和动耗增加.人们曾提出用自动调风阀加以控制,但目前所采用的控制装置由于存在不同的缺陷,未能如愿.本文介绍的是一种利用流体力学及控制原理研制新型自动调风阀的设计方法.该装置经实验室实验,效果较好.

Abstract:At the processing of the wind conveying the change of the air load or bad administration of the" production will lead the volume of the wind net to fluctuating clearly so it makes the production unstable and increases the power consumption. It has been put that the automatic windpressure regulator should fee used for adjusting, but till now all control Sets .used have had some defects and could not work well. The paper is introducing one kind of design methods which adopts fluid mechanics and automatic control principles for researching a new type valve. Through the experiments in the laboratory it proved satisfactory.
