摘    要:为了提高现有模数转换器(analog-to-digital converter,ADC)检测微弱信号的能力,简化系统电路和降低生产成本,在充分利用ADC采样速度的条件下,通过过采样技术来提高ADC的分辨率,并且采用叠加成形函数的方法,实现了对微弱信号的检测.理论分析了不同情况下成形函数带来的误差、成形函数的使用条件和减少其带来的误差的方法实验结果表明,用常规中分辨率ADC直接采样,就可以达到与现有高分辨率ADC直接采样才有的高精度;而使用叠加成形函数后的过采样技术,其效果更佳.

Abstract:In order to advance the ability of weak signal detection by the existing analog-to-digital converter(ADC), simplify the circuit of system and reduce the cost,oversampling technique was applied to increase ADC's resolution while making full use of the speed of ADC.
