| Abstract: | An analysis is presented in this paper on the background of the promulgation of China's favourable policies on CBM extraction and utilization as well as the positive effects of each incentive policy.In this paper,existing problems in China's CBM development and utilization sector are also identified.It is also put forward in this paper the recommendations on further policies to facilitate the development of China's CBM industry in the future. |
