| 摘 要： | 利用Auto CAD软件的三维绘图功能快速求解接管和封头任意方位相交的开孔样板,通过分析制定了封头成型有偏差时的求解过程修正方法。在此基础上形成了快速求解接管和封头任意方位相交的开孔样板,该方法具有开孔精度高、实用性强及应用效果较好的特点,可大幅减轻工程技术人员和放样操作工的劳动强度。

| Abstract: | By using Auto CAD software three-dimensional graphics function,opening gauge plate of nozzle and head in any orientation intersection was solved in a easy way.Solving process correction method when head forming has some deviation was analyzed and established.On this basis,the fast solving method of opening gauge plate of nozzle and head in any orientation intersection is featured of high accuracy in opening,practicality and satisfactory application effect.This method will sharply relieve labour intensity for engineering technician and lofting-man. |
