无油润滑涡旋压缩机轴向间隙密封的研究

摘    要:针对无油润滑涡旋压缩机的工作特点,在涡旋齿端面、支架体与静涡旋盘磨合面加由自润滑材料制成的密封条成功实现了涡旋压缩机的无油润滑技术。从静盘端面密封、背压腔密封、密封条热载荷3个方面,分析了影响轴向间隙密封性能的因素,提出了保证轴向间隙密封效果的合理方案,为解决无油润滑涡旋压缩机密封问题提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In allusion to work trait of oil-free scroll compressor,add seal element which is made of lubricative material to the scroll teeth and the tangent plane between bracket and whisht scroll in order to realize oil-free technique for scroll compressor successfully.From the aspects of seal of whisht surface,seal of backpressure chamber,heat load of seal element,analyse the factor of influence on seal performance of axial clearance,bring forward the reasonable project for ensuring the seal performance of axial clearance.These will redound to resolve seal problem of oil - free scroll compressor.
