摘    要:面对市场竞争的压力 ,媒体型广告公司因行业壁垒低 ,而导致资源的生命周期短。如何保持和利用媒体型广告公司的优势 ,就成了一个值得深思的问题。文章主要从如何运用资源获取短期利润、中期利润和长期利润 ,寻求公司长久生存之道等方面 ,对如何经营管理媒体型广告公司进行了一些探讨

Abstract:Under the pressures of market competition,the resource life cycle of media advertisement companies becomes shorter because of low barriers in the line .It has become a problem worth thinking deeply how to maintain and use the advantage of media advertisement companies .The article provides thoughts on how to get short term,mid term and long term profits by using resources so as to have a permanent development and how to manage and administer media advertisement companies.
