摘    要:研究了纤维素酶预处理对纤维素织物抗皱性能如断裂强度和撕裂强度、耐磨性、外观平整度和手感的作用。用纤维素酶 ( Cellusoft Ultra L)在试验型转鼓式洗衣机中对经过染色的纯棉织物进行预处理 ,然后在通常条件下用树脂 Fixapret ECO进行抗皱整理。用标准方法对所有试样进行测试分析表明 ,纤维素酶预处理能够有效提高抗皱整理后织物的耐磨性、外观平整度和手感 ,但同时也会使整理后织物的断裂强度和撕裂度有少许下降

Abstract:This study focused on the effects of cellulase pretreatment on the pretreatment of wrinkle free fin ished cellulose fabrics, such as breaking and tearing strengths, wear resistance, smoothness appearance and hand. A cellulase (Cellusoft Ultra L)was used to pretreat dyed pure cotton fabrics at different times in a lab drum washing machine. The fabrics were then finished with a resin (Fixapret ECO) under normal conditions. All samples were measured according to standard methods to evaluate the effects of cellulase pretreatment on the properties of the finished fabrics.The results show that cellulase pretreatment effectively increased the wear resistance, smoothness and tearing strengths of the finishesd fabrics.
