废轮胎热解行为的研究进展

摘    要:介绍废轮胎热解行为的研究进展状况,包括废轮胎热解的技术分类、热解过程和动力学模型、影响因素以及热解产物。温度、升温速率、催化剂、载气与粒径等均会对废轮胎热解过程产生影响,其中温度是最关键的因素,在不同的温度阶段,轮胎的不同组分发生热解,表现为其各自独特的热解现象和特征,可以根据所需目标产物的不同,选择相应的热解技术及工艺条件。指出未来废轮胎热解的研究方向为开发性能更加优异的反应器、寻找更加廉价高效的催化剂、对反应机理及动力学进行进一步研究、开发热解产物的应用途径及加工技术等。

Abstract:As one of the most effective way to recycle waste tyre, pyrolysis was gradually gained more attention because of its unique advantages. In this article the pyrolysis technologies and process of waste tyre were described briefly, and dynamics factors influencing the process of pyrolysis, such as temperature, heating rate, catalyst,carrier gas and particle size were mainly discussed. It was found that the pyrolysis process was a complex reaction process effected by different factors, in which temperature was the most critical factor. Different tire components pyrolyzed at different temperature range, and it showed unique phenomena and characteristics. As a result, different target product can be got by controlling the different process conditions. Finally, the direction of future pyrolysis research of waste tyre were pointed out by analyzing the characteristics of pyrolysis products.
