Abstract:In this article the author expresses his knowledge about learning from the report delivered on the 15th National Party Congress and propelling education reform.The chief content embodies: characteristics and orientation of the school, reform of the pattern of professional training, adjustment and reform of disciplines, general devision of teaching plan to meet the needs of the new century and some key issues in the education reform.
