摘    要:以丙酸和环己醇为原料,采用颗粒状活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸作催化剂合成丙酸环己酯。考察影响反应的因素,实验结果表明,酯化反应的最佳条件:n(丙酸)∶n(环己醇)=1.3∶1,催化剂用量1.4 g,反应时间60 min,带水剂环己烷10 mL,酯收率可达93.58%。

Abstract:Cyclohexyl propionate was synthesized using propanoic acid and cyclohexanol as raw materials and p-toluene sulphonie acid supported on granular activated carbon as the catalyst. The influence factors of the reaction were investigated. The results indicated that the ester yield of 93.58% was attained under the optimum reaction condition as follows : n (propanoic acid) : n (cyclohexanol) = 1.3:1, catalyst dosage 1.4 g, reaction time 60 min, and the dosage of cyclohexane as water carrying agent 10 mL.
