钢丝绳采油系统抽油泵柱塞超行程分析

摘    要:利用抽油杆柱行为预测技术 ,定量计算了钢丝绳连续抽油杆柱和钢抽油杆柱两种采油系统抽油泵柱塞的超行程 ,分析了主要油井工作参数 (包括冲程、冲次、泵径、泵深、沉没度、杆柱组合 )对泵柱塞超行程的影响 ,定量地描述了影响抽油泵柱塞超行程的主要参数。指出 :在油井工作参数合适的条件下 ,钢丝绳连续抽油杆采油系统较之常用的钢抽油杆采油系统更易于形成泵柱塞的超行程 ,使油井产量增加。为增加使用钢丝绳连续抽油杆采油系统油井的产量 ,合适的油井工作参数应为长冲程 ,适当冲次 ,小泵径 ,并应精心选配绳杆组合。最后给出了实例的定量分析结果。

Abstract:By using the technique of predicting the rerformance of sucker rod st ring, the overstroke of the plunger of both the steel rod pumping system and the wire rope continuos rod pumping system. The influence of the main oil wellworking paramters on the plunger overstrok is anaiyzed. It is pointed out tha th e overstroke of the pump plunger in the continuous rod pumglng system is easier to be realized compared with that of the steel rod system when the operating par amters of the well are appropriate. To increase the output of the conhnuous rod pumped wells, long stroke and reasonable puining speed and ininor pump diarnet er should be selected, and the rod and the wire rope should be matched well.
