摘 要: | 大型混流式水轮机转轮裂纹缺陷是水电站普遍存在的问题,如果出现较大裂纹,将严重威胁水电厂的安全经济运行和可靠性,因而对此类缺陷的检查和处理工作是水电厂的重要工作。文中针对三峡电站机组转轮可能出现的裂纹缺陷情况,提出了处理的建议方法。通过采用合理工艺,彻底消除缺陷,为机组安全、稳定运行提供有力的保障。

Abstract: | The defect of runner blade crack is a common problem to a large Francis turbine.If the crack is serious,it will seriously threaten the hydropower station operation safety and stability.In view of the run- ner blade cracking probably occurred in Three Gorges Hydropower Station,the reasonable proposals and feasible methods are put forward to eliminate the defect. |
