Abstract: | At present,our country average per person expense candy chocolate is only 0.7kg,for the developed country 1/10,the international per person level 1/3,the Chinese candy chocolate market space is approximately huge,if it can achieve the international standard,our country candy chocolate market total quantity will reach stabs above 700,000 tons.Our country candy chocolate expense market poten- tial is big,favors in abundance for the in- ternational candy industry. According to the comprehensive sur- vey of candy market sale in whole world, the biggest candy market is US,and Rus- sia has the biggest average per person expense;Switzerland is global chocolate average per person expense most countries,next is US.China and India are quite low in the average per person expense,it is can be said that these are very big potential market. In the product innovation,the qual- ity and the quality are playing the quite vital role.Recently lived by a chocolate specific weight consumer in the shape in- spection to discover that,This part of con- sumer regard that“fashion”,“quality”,“status”and“health”the pursue is intense. The non-sugar product development,vis- its for 5 years according to the series to top 30 billion Yuan,the year rate of rise surpasses 10%.Obviously this market is the market which rises,non-sugar candy and between-meal snack product,by nutrition,health care,fashion characteris- tic deeply modem consumer's favors,thus has the bigger market potential. |
