Abstract:The domestic situation of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic(PA,PES,PC,PPS,PPESK,PEEK,PI and so on) composites were synthetically discussed in the paper,meanwhile,the differences of molding process and properties between thermosetting and thermoplastic matrix composite materials were contrasted.In addition we summarized the regular influences of molding method and carbon fiber including their content,length,surface treatment on the performance of composite materials.
