摘    要:通过优化轧制工艺,改善了中低牌号无取向硅钢电磁性能及表面质量,提高了轧制过程中的稳定性,克服了XG1300WR、XG1000WR、XG800WR带钢热轧生产中易出现的拉窄、厚度波动较大、边部黑线、边部损伤、带钢头尾磁性能较差等缺陷,使新钢中低牌号无取向电工钢品质有较大提高,也促进了产能的提高。

Abstract:By means of optimizing rolling technique,improves the electromagnetism performance and surface quality of the medium and low grade non-oriented electrical steel,enhances evidently the stability of hot-rolling process,eliminates the faults of XG1300WR、XG1000WR、XG800WR in hot-rolling process,such as fluctuating width and thickness,edge defect and scab,lower magnetic properties on the head and tail of band steel and so on,increases greatly the quality of the medium and low grade non-oriented electrical steel,moreover accelerates increasing of the production capacity.
