基于虚拟仪器模糊控制器对化学反应过程温度控制研究

摘    要:本文叙述基于虚拟仪器技术的模糊控制算法对化学反应器温度的控制,讨论模糊控制器对反应体系的恒温控制和模糊PID对反应过程温度的动态控制。实验表明基于虚拟仪器的模糊控制器对化学反应器温度有很好的控制效果,改善系统的温度控制动态特性和鲁棒性。

Abstract:The temperature control of chemical reactors with fuzzy control algorithm based on virtual instrument technology was described.Also the constant temperature control of the reaction system with the fuzzy controller, and the dynamic control of temperature of the reaction process with fuzzy PID were discussed.Experiment shows that fuzzy controller that is based on virtual instruments has a good control effect to the temperature of chemical reactors,and improves dynamic performance and robust performance of temperature control system.
