连续耐张段装配式架线的工程实践

摘    要:沥汇-展望220 kV双回输电线路工程导线采用特高强度钢芯软铝绞线。基于该工程连续耐张段装配式架线施工实践,阐述了装配式架线工程的耐张段线长计算和定长制造理论与方法,介绍了适用于装配式架线工程的新型耐张线夹、装配式架线工艺,给出了线长误差解决方法。

Abstract:The extra strong aluminum conductor steel supported (ACSS) was applied in Lihui-Zhanwang 220 kV double circuit transmission project. Based on this project, this paper studied the construction technology of fabricated stringing in continuous strained section. The theory and method of line length calculation and fixed length manufacturing was investigated for fabricated stringing projects. Finally, this paper introduced new strain clamp technology for fabricated stringing projects, as well as suggested the solution for line length error.
