基于CPLD_DSP的三相程控精密测试电源的设计

摘    要:介绍了基于CPLD_DSP的三相程控精密测试电源的设计方案。采用CPLD控制RAM产生6路DDS信号(三路电压,三路电流)作为测试电源的基准信号,控制串行DA芯片LTC1595B实现电压、电流幅度的调节,同时采集键盘的信息发送给DSP;利用DSP控制宽屏液晶实现数据的在线显示,采集电压、电流信号进行计算并做闭环处理,同时向CPLD发送控制命令。经过测试,系统输出频率分辨率达到0.001Hz,电压、电流输出精度达到0.02%,整体系统运行良好。

Abstract:The paper introduces a design of three phase high precision testing power program-controlled based on CPLD_DSP.CPLD is programmed to control RAM and generate six DDS signal(three voltage signal and three current signal).The six DDS signal is used as based signal of testing power,and CPLD is programmed to control serial D/A chip named LTC1595B to adjust the value of voltage and current.The information collected from keyboard is sent to DSP.Wide-screen LCD is controlled by DSP to show data on line.Voltage signal and current signal are collected and computed and closed loop by DSP,and the same time controlling command is sent to CPLD.After testing,the output frequency resolution of the system achieves 0.001Hz.The voltage and current control precision achieves 0.02%.The whole system is running very well.
