重金属在线分析仪在铅蓄电池废水处理中的应用

摘    要:本文对重金属沉淀处理方法进行了分析,指出目前常见的加入过量碱进行沉淀处理方式并不是沉淀处理的最佳工艺.以铅为例,最佳沉淀的pH应是9.5~10.5.在此基础上,提出采用自控仪表反馈控制沉淀pH调节剂加入量的改进重金属处理工艺流程,并采用重金属在线分析仪监控重金属的最终排放量.通过铅蓄电池厂的应用,确实有改善作用.同时,对重金属在线分析仪测量结果进行实验室比对,在线分析仪结果与实验室比对结果较为一致,满足相关标准要求.

Abstract:This paper discusses the precipitation of treatment heavy metals pollution in wastewater. Its wrong put too much alkaline liquor into wastewater. Take the wastewater contain lead for example, the suit pH for treatment Lead is 9.5-10.5. Based on this, the paper suggest feedback control the alkali liquor addition amount by pH online analyzer, and monitor the content of lead in discharge outlet by heavy metals analyzer. It's resentful in the process of treatment lead-acid batteries wastewater. This paper compares the results of heavy metal analyzer and laboratory monitor, find the results were relevant.
