| 摘 要： | 目前,食品安全受到全社会的关注,成为制约和困扰我国农产品加工业快速发展的瓶颈。加工企业、管理部门和消费者之间的利益博弈最终可归结为利益与道德之间的博弈,这是导致食品安全问题的最根本原因之一。建立食品安全管理的道德约束机制是提高食品安全水平和解决食品安全问题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | At present,food safety is concerned by the whole society,which has been becoming the bottleneck of he rapid development of agro-industry in China.Interests of the final game between enterprise,administrative departments and the consumers can be summed up as the game between interests and moral,which was one of the most fundamental reasons leading to food safety problems.It would be one effective way to raise the level of food safety and to settle the safety problems if the moral restraint mechanism of food safety management would be set up. |
