变压器状态评价的非停电检测技术

摘    要:总结了变压器运行监测经验,提出了可以有效反映变压器状态变化的非停电检测状态量。根据形态学理论,构造了适用于在线监测数据处理的开-闭、闭-开和混合滤波器。建立了局部放电、油色谱、套管泄漏电流、套管介质损耗因数等18个非停电检测状态的评价函数,建立了基于状态量、部件和整体的3级评价模型,该模型可用于运行中变压器的状态评价。

Abstract:Through the operation experience and statistical analysis, the state variables of detection can be got without cutting power, which can effectively reflect the condition of power transformer. Based on the morphological theory, this paper presented a hybrid filter for on-line monitoring dates which was combined with the open-closing filter and close- opening filter. The evaluation function was established by eighteen state variables which were got without cutting power, such as partial discharge, oil chromatography, casing leakage current, casing dielectric loss factor and so on. A multilevel evaluation model was also proposed based on the evaluation of state variables, parts and the whole of transformers, which could be used to evaluate the condition of working transformer.
