The existing office and living quarter of Shuibuya Project Construction Co is the command center for construction and management of Shuibuya Project, and the office and living quarter of the Hydropower Station as well as the reception center of the tourists. In accordance with the principle of people-centering, combining permanence with temporariness, and environmental harmonization under the prerequisite of its function, A series of curve architectures are utilized to form a unique circular arrangement and create a favourable office and living space. This is a new probe in the field of planning and design on the office and living quarter for construction and management of hydropower projects.
