反思与建构:我国大学治理研究评析

大学治理是指大学内外利益相关者参与大学重大事务决策的结构和过程。它解决的是大学内部权力分配和行使问题。我国学者对大学治理的研究着重于探讨大学外部权力关系，但是在借用政治学治理理论研究大学外部权力关系，以及借鉴公司治理理论研究大学内部权力关系时候，均出现了问题，值得深入反思。今后，可从结构主义视角和人-文化理论视角拓宽大学内部治理研究。

Reflection and Construction: Review of the University Governance Research in China

Univensity governance refers to the structure and process d authoritative decision making concerning issues that are significant for external as well as internal stakeholders within a univensity. It refers to the internal power-relations. But, in China, univensity govemance research is conducted focusing on the external power-relations. When we use govermance theory and corporation theory, there both exist same problems that need to be reflected. For the future agenda of scholarship, there exist two ways as structural study, and human and cultural namics study to expand the internal univeristy govemance research.
