摘    要:采用间歇法对厌氧活性污泥工艺处理冰淇淋生产废水进行产氢试验研究,探讨了废水初始pH值、反应温度、生物负荷和铁粉投加量对生物制氢的影响。试验结果表明,在废水初始pH值为6.2,温度为38℃,污泥浓度为0.08,铁粉投加量为5mg/L时,反应48h累积产氢量最高达98.98mL,COD去除率49.4%;冰淇淋废水的总糖利用率各批次均可在92%~98%之间。

Abstract:The biohydrogen production from ice cream wastewater by anaerobic activated sludge process was studied through batch method,the effects of initial pH value of wastewater,reaction temperature,biological loading and iron powder dosage on biohydrogen production were discussed.The results of the test showed that,when the pH value of the wastewater was 6.2,the temperature was 38 ℃,the sludge loading was 0.08,the iron powder dosage was 5 mg /L,the reaction time was 48 h,the maximal accumulated hydrogen yield reached 98.98 mL,the removal rate of COD was 49.4%,the utilization ratios of the total glucide in ice cream wastewater from each batch jobs were 92%-98%.
