| 摘 要： | 介绍了大型氨厂锅炉给水泵转子抱死事故的原因,主要是由于轴发生弯曲,叶轮与口环粘连在一起,级间衬套和衬套内孔磨损等所致。对其修复过程中采取的方法及技术措施进行了总结。

| Abstract: | The main cause for the trouble of seizure of the rotors in feed water pumps for boilers in large ammonia plants is that the shafts become bent,the impellers and the mouth rings stick together,and the interstage bushings and the inner bore of bushings are worn.A sum-up is given of the methods and technical measures taken in repair. |
