| 摘 要： | 指出了CKS DEA模型存在常常将很多决策单元评价为效率单元的问题。采用两层价值位置嵌套排序对CKS DEA模型依赖的价值排序结构给予了改进 ,并基于该嵌套排序结构提出了CKS DEA模型的改进模型。在高新技术企业效率评价方面的实际应用表明 ,改进的CKS DEA模型能够较有效地克服原模型效率评价分辨率较差问题。

| Abstract: | When the CKS DEA model is applied to practical efficiency evaluations,it often results in such a problem that too many DMUs are unreasonably evaluated as efficient units.To overcome the drawback of the CKS DEA model,this paper presents a new structure for ranking decision making units on each qualitative factor.Based on the ranking structure,the paper further presents a modified CKS DEA model and applies it to a real evaluation problem.The application proves that the modified CKS DEA model can well overcome the drawback of the original model. |
