等有效能损失分析法在天然气净化装置用能分析中的应用

考虑了等有效能损失对温差贡献值的影响,采用一种新的方法确定传热流股的温差贡献值。采用该法对某天然气厂的净化装置进行用能分析,以年度总费用为目标函数进行计算,并与用传统的确定温差贡献值的方法进行比较。结果表明:考虑了有效能损失确定温差贡献值的方法比传统方法求取的年度总费用减少23.31%,优化效果明显。

Application of equal energy loss analysis in energy analysis of a natural gas purification plant

A new method which had considered the effect of equal energy loss was used to determine the temperature difference contribution values of heat transfer streams.Using the total annual cost as a objective function,the energies of the purification equip-ment of a natural gas processing plant were analyzed with the new method in comparison with the traditional method.The results showed that the total annual cost calculated by the new method decreased by 23.31%,which had a much better result in the energy saving.
