汽车点火线圈温度冲击测试系统

摘    要:汽车点火线圈测试系统作为点火线圈性能的检测工具,对保证点火装置的质量起着至关重要的作用。文章针对这一课题研究了汽车点火线圈测试系统方案,设计了变频多路点火信号发生器、点火驱动电路及基于LABVIEW的管理软件,实现线圈在温度冲击时的温度、电流、电压等参数测试,取得了较满意的结果。

Abstract:The automation ignition coil measuring system plays an important role in ensuring the quality of igniting-equipment. The paper studied the project of the measuring system and designed variable frequency multi-channel signal generator, ignition driver circuit and the administrative software based on Labview. The parameters, such as temperature, circuit, voltage, of ignition coil which was subjected to the intense temperature shock were measured through this measuring system. The results show that the measuring system is reliable and convenient.
