钢质管道内阴极保护防腐蚀技术

摘    要:油田回注水管线腐蚀严重,采取涂层和阴极保护联合防护措施可取得良好效果。工业试验表明:未加保护的裸管平均腐蚀速率为0.17mm/a,加牺牲阳极管段的平均腐蚀速率为 0.0054~0.015mm/a,保护度达98%左右。同时表明,采用高温锌阳极比采用铝阳极好,高温锌阳极效率高,而且不存在晶间腐蚀问题。

Abstract:The water re-injection pipeline in the oil field suffered from serious corrosion. Good results were achieved after the combination protection measures like coating and cathodic protection had been adopted. The commercial experiments demonstrated that the average corrosion rate of the pipe protected by sacrificial anode was 0.0054 - 0.015 mm/yr, while that of bare pipe without protection was 0.17 mm/ yr. The protection reached 98% . It also showed that high-temperature zinc anode performed better than aluminum anode and high-temperature zinc anode offered high efficiency and was not subject to intergranular corrosion.
