| 摘 要： | 大学精神是大学文化的核心和灵魂，培育和弘扬大学精神是工科高校建设和发展中的一项重要工作．面对工科高校大学精神的历史、现状和新时期的要求，工科大学应准确诠释大学精神的内涵，通过健全学校章程和规章制度、建设校园文化、挖掘和发扬学校优良传统，凸显科学理性与人文关怀，进而塑造具有鲜明时代特征和本校特色的大学精神，藉以振奋和凝聚人心，促进学校的发展．

| Abstract: | The university spirit is the core and soul of the university culture, while cultivate and carry forward university spirit is an important work in the construction and development of engineering colleges and universities. Based on the history, status quo of the spirit of engineering colleges and universities and the requirements of the new era, it is necessary for engineering colleges and universities to interpret accurately the connotations of university spirit, to cultivate university spirit with characteristics of the times and university so as to inspire and unite people for the development of universities by perfecting the rules and regulations, establishing campus cultures, developing and carrying forward excellent traditions, and highlighting the science rationality and humanistic concern. |
