摘    要:考虑到在大残量情况下,用Gauss-Newton法求解非线性最小二乘目标定位问题时,迭代点可能会偏离到无规则的远处,且收敛精度和收敛速度依赖于迭代初值与真实值的接近程度和函数的非线性强度。基于此,进一步利用目标函数Hessian阵的二阶信息,并将目标位置的一个大致估计作为迭代初始点,结合修正拟牛顿法提出了一种双基地雷达目标定位问题的优化改进算法。计算机仿真结果表明了该算法在无观测噪声、低观测噪声和中观测噪声情况下的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:When Gauss-Newton method applied to nonlinear least square estimation in target location with large residual error,iteration points may deviate to the unregulated range and the convergence precision and rote depend both on the distance between the initial guess and the real value of the target and on the nonlinearity of the objective function.In view of this,the second order information on the Hessian of the objective function is further utilized and a rough estimation of the target is used as the initial guess. Then, an improved algorithm for the target location in bistatic radar system is developed based on the modified quasi -Newton method.Computer simulation results show that the performance of the algorithm is encouraging under the non - observation noise, low-observation noise and medium-observation noise.
