| 摘 要： | 作为农业发展的最基础条件,小型农田水利建设是保障农业可持续发展的一个极为重要的因素。然而,小型农田水利工程运行维护管理制约着农田水利事业的发展。通过对小型农田水利主要建设模式的介绍,指出小型农田水利工程运行维护管理中存在的问题,并提出相关对策及措施,以期使其发挥应有的效益,更好地服务于生活和生产。

| Abstract: | As the most basic conditions for the development of agriculture,small- size farmland irrigation systems is an extremely important factor to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture.However,the maintenance management of small- size farmland irrigation systems operation restricts the development of irrigation and water conservancy. Based on this,the paper firstly introduces the construction mode of small- size farmland irrigation systems,and then pointes out the problems for the management of small- size farmland irrigation systems’ operation,finally the relevant measures are made in order to make it play its due benefits and serve the people’s lives and production better. |
