我国发展低碳经济机制主要途径探索

粗放型经济增长方式、全球能源危机以及全球气候变暖使我国在经济发展及能源安全等方面受到了巨大威胁,在生态城市和可持续发展理论指引下,整合低碳经济与低碳社会发展两方面的低碳城市发展之路成为中国发展低碳经济的最佳选择,该文通过对国内外一些低碳城市建设案例进行实证分析,并在此基础上提出了我国低碳生态城市发展的总体思路和规划建设的具体要求。
