摘    要:介绍了应用于舟山电力局的370 m大跨越高塔输电线路综合在线监测系统的设计与实现。该系统通过对输电线路在线和离线监测的数据信息整合,建立统一的数据平台和输电线路专家知识库,为输电线路状态评估系统提供有效的数据支持和运行评判标准,及早地发现输电线路各种缺陷。通过危险情况下对输电线路运行参数报警,有效减少输电线路故障造成的损失,提高电网的健壮性、安全性、可靠性。

Abstract:The design and implementation of the monitoring system used in Zhoushan long span transmission line with 370 m height tower is presented.Through the integration of the on-line monitoring data with the off-line monitoring data the system builds up a united data platform and expert knowledge base,so as to provide effective data support and running criteria for the evaluation system of the line status,and timely find out various defaults of the transmission line.In this case the loss due to the default of the transmission line will be effectively reduced through the warning of the running parameters of the transmission line,and the robustness,safety,and reliability of the grid will be improved.
