| 摘 要： | 针对公路工程质量问题,结合影响公路工程质量的众多因素,对政府监督、社会监理、施工企业自检的三级质量保证体系进行了阐述,分别介绍了三者在公路工程中的作用及相互关系,以期指导公路工程建设顺利进行,保证工程质量。

| Abstract: | As far as project quality is considered,integrating various influential factors to road project quality,this thesis addresses three quality assurance system including government monitoring,social supervision and construction enterprise self-check.It also specifically illustrates the function and mutual relation among three items,in a view to guide the successful construction of road project and to ensure the project quality. |
