膜分离加氢尾气回收技术分析

摘    要:针对中压加氢裂化装置干气因压力低而无法并入装置燃料气总管的实际情况,提出增设膜分离氢气回收系统、提高加氢装置自产干气系统压力、回收干气进瓦斯管网的方案。通过分析干气压力提高对分馏塔操作、脱硫塔脱硫效率的影响,证实了干气并网的可行性和经济性。

Abstract:The feasibility of incorporating low pressure dry gas from a hydrocracking unit tail gas to the main fuel gas network was investigated. A proposal of adding a membrane separation system to recover hydrogen from the tail gas and increase the pressure of fractionation tower to raise the dry gas pressure for entering fuel gas network was discussed. By analyzing the effect of increase dry gas pressure on the operation of fractionation tower and the sulfur removal rate of desulfurization tower, it was shown that the proposal was feasible and with a positive economic benefit.
