摘    要:495A柴油机缸体铸件存在严重的卷入性气孔缺陷,基于相似性原理设计制作了缺体水力模拟模型,通过对缸体原浇注工艺的水力模拟,发现原浇注工艺不合理是造成495A缸体产生缺陷的主要原因,水力模拟的进一步试验,提出了改进原浇注工艺的措施,改变内浇道设置以获得较好的充型效果。从而达到减少卷入性气孔的目的。根据模拟结论指导具体生产过程,大大降低降低了缸体铸件的气孔废品率,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Many blow holes exist in 495A diesel engine block casting. Water simulation model for 495A diesel engine block casting is completed based on the similarity theory. The test of water simulation on the original running system verifies shows that unreasonable original running system causes blow hole in 495A diesel engine block casting. Improvement of the running system is proposed by the further tests of water simulation, that is, adjusts the ingate installation to decrease the trapped blowholes. According to the result of simulation, the blowholes of castings are reduced in the production practice and benefit is obtained.
