青海门源某萤石矿新药剂新工艺试验研究

摘    要:青海门源某萤石选矿厂生产现场生产CaF295%左右的萤石精矿,品位较低,其主要原因是精矿中CaCO3含量严重超标。针对该情况,通过大量的探索试验,确定采用高效抑制剂T-29与酸性水玻璃组合作为碳酸钙抑制剂,并通过选矿工艺流程的优化,使萤石与方解石得到了有效分离。最终得到含CaF298.19%,回收率为88.31%的萤石精矿,该精矿达到了制酸级萤石国家一级品标准。

Abstract:The raw fluorite ore in Menyuan Qinghai contains 47.51%CaF2,37.35%SiO2 and 5%~6%CaCO3.At present,the concentrator can obtain the fluorite concentrate containing 95%,which doesn′t reach the national Grade-3 standards.This low-grade of the fluorite concentrate is mainly caused by the over standard of CaCO3.On account of this situation,through several exploring experiments,the fluorite and calcite were effectively separated by combining the high-efficiency inhabitorT-29 and water glass as inhibitor and optimizing the flowsheet.At last,the fluorite concentrate of 98.19%CaF2 with the recovery of 88.31% was obtained,which reaches the national grade-one standard for acid-making fluorite.
