陶瓷电容器用环氧–酚醛树脂包封料的研究

摘    要:采用单因素变量法研究了组成对陶瓷电容器用环氧-酚醛树脂包封料性能的影响,得到了综合性能好的包封料,这种包封料干燥时间为8 h(低于20℃条件下),耐溶剂性时间为70 h(丙酮中36~38℃)。同时得到了各组分对包封料性能影响的规律,结果表明:加入六次甲基四胺的包封料干燥时间和耐溶剂性时间短,酚醛树脂多的包封料干燥时间和耐溶剂性时间都较长,无机填料CaCO3颗粒粗些能提高耐溶剂性,环氧树脂加入量w为1.4%时包封料的耐溶剂性最好。该研究为研制陶瓷电容器环氧-酚醛树脂包封料提供了依据。

Study on Epoxy-phenolic Resin for Coating Ceramic Capacitors
Abstract:The influence of the composition of the epoxy-phenolic resin for coating ceramic capacitors on its properties has been investigated by means of single factor various method, and the law governing the influence has been obtained. The results show that the drying time and dissoluent resistant time of the coating material containing hexamethylene tetramine are shorter than those of the coating material containing more phenolic resin; and that when the inorganic particles are thicker, the dissoluent resistance becomes better; when the content of epoxy resin is 1.4% by weight, the dissoluent resistance becomes best. On the basis of the investigation, a resin with optimized properties is acquired. Its drying time is 8 h below 20℃ dissoluent resistant time 70 h in acetone at 36~38℃. The study results can serve as the basis for preparation of epoxy-phenolic resin for coating ceramic capacitors.
